Kohl’s Kookies is located in Berthoud, Colorado. The pickup address will be sent directly to you after the order is confirmed. I am in the Thornton area a couple times a week. If you are located around this area, we could work out a delivery location. If you are located in Colorado, and wish the cookies to be shipped, the cost of shipping is based on the number of cookies you order. The larger the order, the more bubble wrap that is needed to ensure your cookies arrive undamaged. Generally average sized order shipping costs between $20-$40 and is subject to change. Please keep in mind that detailed cookies with florals and 3D transfers typically do not ship very well.

Orders over 3 dozen must be ordered a minimum of 3 weeks before the pickup date and are subject to availability.
NEW - Half deposit is required to place the order. The remainder balance will be invoiced the week of the due date.

Orders placed less than 14 days of the pickup/delivery date, if available, may be subject to a 25% rush fee.

According to Colorado Cottage Food laws, I am unable to label anything “gluten free” due to the fact that I make items in my kitchen that contain gluten in addition to gluten friendly options. I omit all ingredients containing gluten in my “gluten friendly” recipes and use very high quality ingredients. I do my best to keep ingredients separate and sanitize in between batches to minimize any cross exposure to gluten.

We all know life happens and can be unpredictable. If there is a change in your plans, you can cancel with a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to your order due date. If an emergency arises within 2 weeks, I will provide a refund minus 25% of the order to cover product/time. If I am unable to fulfill your cookie order due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will fully refund you for your order.
